_{this is my final project for my 2D class.
we had to create ten images at least 10"x10" that had a visual or conceptual association from one to the next, use four different mediums, and eight different color schemes (primary, secondary, warm, cool, etc).

my solution was to create a line of drawings that alternate between letters and natural imagery. each object's name starts with the letter preceding it, and each letter is composed of a texture or elements of the object preceding it. the tags beside each main image were my solution to the media and color requirements for the assignment.

each drawing is ink (0.1 size staedtler pigment pen) on a 10"x10" square of vellum, over fawn stonehenge paper. the corners are made of cardstock (they're not attached to the images, they're just tacked to the wall and the corners of the pages inserted into them to avoid puncturing the paper in the presentation). the tags are cardstock hand-stained with tea and drawn on with acrylic and ink.
